In partnership with RSL Queensland, Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation developed the Mental Readiness for Military Transition Scale: MT-Ready. This tool was the first of its kind to be designed and trialled within Australia and is a quick, valid and reliable methods to assess mental readiness for transition.
