MT-Ready Scoring Intepration
The following MT Ready Scoring Guide provides an overview of four recommended transition pathways and their respective recommended levels of support. These proposed pathways are informed by an individual’s MT-Ready Total Score and the Number of Factors scoring 3 or lower.
